New York City
Established in 2017, 10 Founders came together to launch the Generous Life movement. In just a few years we were serving over 1000 families and the results were astounding! The families were experiencing significantly more joy, which led to more giving (30% or $60,000 on average, per family per year). The New York City market continues to lead the way, and serve as the epicenter of the movement. Our members represent high-capacity leaders across finance, start-up, sports, fashion, real estate, art, music, web3, and more.
With 12 events, gatherings and experiences annually, we are blessed to play a critical role in the lives of local leaders and beyond.
We host 4-6 events per year and all events are inspiring, educational, and safe from solicitation. We look forward to seeing you!

Empowering NYC
On March 4th, over 60 members of the Generous Life community gathered for an inspiring and thought-provoking panel discussion centered on addressing New York City’s most pressing needs through innovation and compassion. Moderated by Tim Vickers, Generous Life’s new CEO, the panel featured notable changemakers including Guy Wasko of For.NYC, Beck Sullivan of Restore NYC, Fr. Boniface Endorf from the Dominican Friars Foundation, and Karl Chan from The Bowery Mission. The discussion illuminated the challenges faced by our fellow New Yorkers and showcased new initiatives dedicated to making a difference one life at a time. Attendees were not only informed but also inspired to connect and collaborate with fellow passionate leaders, fostering a spirit of generosity and commitment to serving the community.
25TH ANNUAL ALLIANCE MENS SKI TRIP
January 2025
Our annual ski trip led by Don Ankenbrandt was an incredible moment of community building, intentional conversations on stewardship and generosity, networking with effective nonprofits, and fun on the slopes in Winter Park. Over 80 men joined to support each other and learn about new nonprofit initiatives for potential partnerships. The success of this trip will lead to expanding next year’s ski trip to provide the chance for more to join us.

We also announced this year’s Women’s Retreat with Edify, May 15-18 in the Dominican Republic.
Inaugural Gala

Our inaugural gala was a resounding success, thanks to the spirited community whose shared faith, purpose, and passion for generosity ignited a truly memorable holiday celebration.
The evening featured uplifting messages from our keynote speaker, NY Times bestselling author Lysa TerKeurst, and YWAM Homes of Hope founder Sean Lambert, who shared the life-changing impact Homes of Hope has had on families worldwide.
The gala was also a special moment to welcome and introduce our new CEO, Tim Vickers, who shared his faithful vision for the bright future of Generous.Life.
The night concluded with an unforgettable grand finale: watching the iconic Rockefeller Christmas Tree Lighting up close—a bucket-list experience we’ll treasure forever.

Whether leading events, uncovering new ministries, or gathering on the golf course, you can count on Logan to meet you where you are personally at in your generosity journey! Most recently, Logan was the lead pastor at Lower Manhattan Community Church. Logan also served an Executive Coach, combining his relational and pastoral gifting with strategic planning to serve business leaders achieve their vision. Logan and his family live in Manhattan.
