Tim Vickers
CEO
Tim is the co-founder of Generosity New York and the national Generous Life movement, guiding its vision to multiply generosity through community, content, and connection.
Tim is also the co-founder and Chief Impact Officer of Korah Funds, an impact-driven real estate investment fund that helps faith-based nonprofit leaders and ministry families secure quality housing in high-cost areas.
For nearly 23 years, Tim served with Young Life, where he launched and supervised ministries across Ohio, New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. His leadership spanned multiple senior roles, shaping teams and strategies to reach adolescents with the hope of Christ. He has also served as Vice President of National Christian Foundation NYC and was the founding director of Mission Increase Greater New York.
Known for building catalytic Kingdom connections, Tim is passionate about developing innovative, sustainable ministry models and equipping leaders and organizations to thrive.
Tim and his wife, Lori, have been married for 26 years and live in Ridgefield, Connecticut, with their two sons. They especially enjoy skiing together as a family.

Kerry oversees the organization’s operations, infrastructure, communications, and event planning, ensuring that every initiative aligns with Generous Life’s mission to create sacred spaces for those blessed with the capacity to connect, discover their purpose, and live generously in community.
With over 15 years of experience in leading marketing campaigns for hospitality brands, luxury brands, and TV and media personalities, Kerry has developed a keen understanding of strategic management and community engagement. Her background includes overseeing complex operations, improving customer experiences, and driving marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility. This extensive experience has equipped Kerry with valuable insights into relationship-building and resource optimization, allowing her to connect community members with life-changing opportunities. Her leadership style is anchored in collaboration and innovation, fostering environments where generosity and community spirit can flourish.
Kerry’s commitment to nurturing impactful events and experiences reflects her passion for creating meaningful connections and making a lasting difference in the lives of others. A native New Yorker, Kerry resides north of Manhattan with her husband and son. In her free time, she loves traveling with her family, exploring new restaurants, cooking, and live music.
Logan Gentry
Cities Director
Logan was a pastor for 12 years in Manhattan, where his last role was Lead Pastor at Lower Manhattan Community Church in Tribeca. LMCC was known for its miracle of generosity, giving away over $1 million annually to 25 ministries and organizations while Logan served as a pastor.
He is also an executive coach who combines strategic planning with personal care. He assists clients and their teams unlock their potential to live the best vision for their lives and businesses.
Logan’s distinct coaching style empowers clients to align their personal life vision with their professional ambitions.
Before two decades in pastoral ministry, Logan’s career journey began as a civil engineer working in urban planning. His distinct career path has allowed him to work with and impact hundreds of CEOs, entrepreneurs, and business leaders.
CFO
Landon brings extensive expertise in nonprofit strategy, finance, and development to his role. In this capacity, he leads the organization’s financial stewardship, strategic planning, and revenue growth initiatives—building scalable systems that enable Generous Life’s vision for multi-city expansion and long-term sustainability.
As Founder & Managing Member of Out East Solutions, Landon has partnered with numerous nonprofits to optimize financial systems, streamline operations, and craft sustainable fundraising strategies. Previously, he served as Director of Development at Christian Union and held development leadership roles at The Bowery Mission, where he managed donor portfolios and drove significant revenue growth.
Landon holds an M.Div./M.B.A. in Economic Development from Eastern University and a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from Samford University. His combined background in theology, business, and development informs his holistic, results-driven approach to nonprofit leadership.
He and his wife, Amanda, live in New York City but spend weekends Out East. They are passionate foodies and coffee lovers who enjoy building community and sharing good conversation with family and friends.
